Chef Nikitas, born in Greece, is a world-travelled culinary artist with a passion for diverse food cultures. Educated at the "Le Monde" Institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies in Athens, he has worked in prestigious restaurants across Mykonos, London, St. Moritz, Zurich and Courchevel, mastering Greek, Mediterranean, French, Japanese and fusion cuisines. Known for his innovative approach and love for experimenting with various cooking techniques, he currently offers consulting culinary services to restaurants and hotels, private cooking and menu engineering.
